PHILADELPHIA - Rep. Donald Norcross meets with Capt. Scott Anderson, Deputy Commander of Sector Delaware Bay, to learn about the Coast Guard's roles and missions on the waterways of New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia, Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016.

Norcross was shown the different units attached to Sector Delaware Bay and how they interact and service the community and surrounding states.
